The Andhra Pradesh government spokesperson has done a great job in letting the people of AP down. He accentuated that the free gas cylinder scheme will be rolled on from the auspicious day of Diwali. A gas cylinder worth 600 rupees will be distributed for free to devotees on the Diwali festival. It is important to mention here that, while electioneering, Chandrababu Naidu had vowed if his party took power, every family would be given three free gas cylinders every year.

This program is also intended to minimize the costs incurred by households especially low income families. The government is devoted to ensuring that every eligible household in the state in the benefit of this scheme raises their living standards and lessen relying on traditional cooking fuels that are ineffective. Even the laptop will be in one of those homes.

This will be a strong aim of the administration headed by Chandrababu Naidu to carry out the welfare of the people and at the same time advance the cause of the environment by encouraging clean cooking stoves and other such endeavors.It is anticipated that the free gas scheme will help transform the rural regions as they lack inexpensive sources of energy.
