One of the most important parts of the Shiva Purana is the Rudra Samhita, which presents a variety of tales and lessons to illustrate the grandeur of Lord Shiva. The Rudra Samhita is divided into five sub-sections (Khandas): Srishti Khanda, Sati Khanda, Parvati Khanda, Kumar Khanda, and Yuddha Khanda. Each sub-section focuses on a distinct theme.
